Since 1985, Valerio Snc has specialised in the production of metal components and in mechanical machining based on customer drawings, both as a subcontractor and for direct sale. We serve demanding companies that require precision, reliability and consistent production standards.
At our production facility in Schiavon, in the province of Vicenza, we have dedicated departments for CNC turning and milling, robotic welding, light metal fabrication, and cold forming of metals and sheet metal, supported by highly advanced, latest-generation Industry 4.0 machinery. Our well-organised production structure and continuously updated machine fleet enable us to handle even the most complex machining operations with very short cycle times. We mainly specialise in series production, while also producing prototypes, samples and pre-production batches whenever required.
With over forty years of experience, we are able to support our customers from the design stage onwards, contributing efficiently to the development and manufacture of new products. We can process a wide range of materials, including mild steel, steel, stainless steel, free-cutting steels, aluminium, copper, brass, plastics and many others, starting from drawn or extruded bars.
