Subcontract CNC turning and milling

Valerio Snc carries out CNC turning and milling operations for the subcontract production of mechanical components intended for a wide range of industrial applications.

Thanks to a production department equipped with multi-slide automatic CNC lathes with automatic bar feeders, the company can perform complex machining operations using several tools simultaneously on the workpiece.

The machines are equipped with driven tools, dual Y-axis, dual B-axis and a sub-spindle, features that make it possible to machine different surfaces of the component while reducing the need for secondary operations and increasing the precision of the finished part.

The department can process bars with a maximum diameter of 65 mm and various types of materials, depending on the technical requirements specified by the customer, while larger diameters can also be machined in secondary operations.

Valerio Snc operates from its facility in Schiavon, in the province of Vicenza, supporting companies that require a reliable partner for the production of mechanical components.

CNC milling operations can be carried out directly on turned components, allowing the production of flat surfaces, pockets, holes, grooves and other complementary geometries.

This approach reduces the need to move components between different machines and allows the production process to be organised more efficiently.

We have machining centres with 1100 mm tables for performing milling, drilling, threading, pocket machining and other operations on parts requiring secondary machining, including square, rectangular or other geometric shapes. All operations are managed by a CAD-CAM programmer.

CNC turning makes it possible to manufacture components with different geometries while maintaining accurate control over the various production stages.
