Vertical supports for transporting garments laid flat

Valerio Snc manufactures vertical galvanized steel supports designed to secure garments laid flat on the bottom of cardboard boxes.

The system keeps the garments and their hangers together, limiting movement during transport and handling of the container.

The support consists of metal components designed to be installed through the walls of the box.

The system is installed by piercing the cardboard using the plate fitted with threaded screws.

After placing the garments and their respective hangers inside the box:

1. the plate with the screws is inserted from the outside;
2. the second perforated plate is fitted on the inside;
3. the system is secured using the appropriate threaded wing nuts.

This configuration allows garments to be secured quickly without the need for complex packaging structures.
