Today, Valerio Snc operates from a facility covering approximately 2,000 square metres in Schiavon, in the province of Vicenza, where technical expertise, efficient production organization and modern technologies come together to manufacture components for a wide range of industrial applications.

Torneria e fresatura CNC
Il reparto esegue lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione mediante torni automatici multi slitta a controllo numerico, dotati di utensili motorizzati, asse Y, asse B, contro mandrino e sistemi automatici di caricamento delle barre.
Queste tecnologie permettono di produrre particolari complessi, lavorati su più facce, utilizzando differenti tipologie di materiale in barre con diametro fino a 65 millimetri.
Saldatura robotizzata
Il reparto di saldatura utilizza robot antropomorfi fino a undici assi controllati e interpolati simultaneamente, equipaggiati con generatori MIG, MAG e TIG.
Gli impianti consentono di eseguire saldature precise, uniformi e ripetibili su componenti in ferro, acciaio inox e alluminio, anche per produzioni continuative e particolari di dimensioni fino a due metri di lunghezza.
Carpenteria metallica leggera
Valerio Snc realizza componenti e assiemi metallici attraverso operazioni di taglio, piegatura , curvatura , preparazione, assemblaggio e saldatura.
La possibilità di integrare queste lavorazioni con tornitura, fresatura e stampaggio permette di consegnare prodotti completi, riducendo la necessità di affidare le diverse fasi produttive a più fornitori.
Stampaggio a freddo
Il reparto di stampaggio è dotato di presse eccentriche e piegatrici, svolgitori, raddrizzatori e avanzatori automatici.
Vengono eseguite lavorazioni di piegatura, tranciatura, foratura, imbutitura e deformazione della lamiera con stampi a passo alimentati da nastro, sia come ripresa di componenti precedentemente lavorati anche con processi automatici.
